Meet Our Staff

Tammy Crane, Executive Director

Tammy began Four:10 as a nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization in 2019. She and her husband, Doug, have 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren.

Why I feel called to this ministry: God laid this ministry on my heart in 2006. He showed me how my ignorance led to judgement and prejudice. Once I discovered almost all women in the sex industry have suffered from sexual abuse as young girls, it broke my heart. I asked God what he wanted me to do, and he told me to tell them how much he loves them.

My favorite part about this ministry: Getting to know the women we serve and seeing how God works in their lives even though it is a very slow process.

Nicole Schmenk, Director of Programs

Nicole joined the Four:10 team in January of 2025. She and her husband, Joe were high school sweethearts and have lived in Fort Wayne their whole life. They have a son, Joey and a daughter, Kaley.

Why I feel called to this ministry: God gave me a deep desire to see women living out their full identity in Christ after walking through my own brokenness and the effects it had on my family. I began to feel His broken heart for women who have nowhere else to go.

My favorite part about this ministry: is that we truly get to simply love these women with the active love of Christ. Christlike love is not a feeling but a way I choose to live my life. This ministry does just that, it comes alongside these women through the good and the bad. Four:10 ministries is the actual hands and feet of Jesus to them and that is something I want to be a part of.

Amy Krebs, Administrative Assistant

Amy Krebs, Administrative Assistant

Amy is honored to serve as a member of the Four:10 Ministries staff, where she brings both her heart and hands to the mission of restoring hope and dignity to women who have experienced sexual exploitation and trafficking. She is married to her husband Nick, and together they are raising three amazing boys- Avery (14), Knox (8), and Hunter (7).

Why I feel called to this ministry: I have a deep passion for advocating on behalf of exploited women. I believe every woman deserves the chance to be seen, rescued, and restored. I am committed to raising awareness about the devastating reality of sexual exploitation and trafficking and to being a part of the solution- helping more women find safety, healing, and the freedom they deserve.

My favorite part about this ministry: I love the powerful reminder that no matter where you are in life, God will meet you there- with open arms, grace, and healing. Being a part of that message of hope fuels me daily.
