We are proud to introduce you to our Board of Directors.
We have a wonderful group of dedicated individuals that sit on our Board of Directors. They are committed to growing our organization in order to more effectively equip and empower those trapped in sexual exploitation to live a life of freedom with hope and healing so that they may thrive.

Betty Kahlenbeck – President
Betty was the Executive Director of Hope Alive for 20+ years. Betty’s life has exemplified her love for women who are hurting. So, Betty was a natural candidate to be part of the planning and organization of Four:10 Ministries in 2007. She has been a volunteer in this ministry from the beginning as an outreach team member and she now serves on the Board of Directors. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. God has provided many opportunities for her to use the gifts He has given her and she feels blessed to be a part of what God is doing in Four:10.

Geoff King – Vice President
Geoff is a shepherd leader with a heart to see people, families, and communities, firmly rooted and expressively loved in the way, truth, and life of Jesus. As CEO of Love Fort Wayne, Geoff serves to advance the mission and vision of Love Fort Wayne which is to partner with others in the community to imagine, inspire and ignite transformation through God’s love, while inspiring leaders and igniting our generation to love our leaders, pastors, families, and schools, with prayer as the foundation.
The stories he came to know/learn about the history and heartaches of many of the women Four:10 serves, moved something in his spirit that prompted him to want to serve. “To know that I would be serving alongside others to support the ministry in such a way that seeds and waters restoration, via Christ’s love, excites me.” Geoff is married to his wife Erika, and they have three children, Amaiya (15), Layla (13), and Xander (5).

Sue Stump – Treasurer
Sue has worked as a bookkeeper for over 30 years. Sue also enjoys working with Women’s Ministry at her church and loves studying the Bible and sharing life with other women. She enjoys music, reading, crafting, and spending time with her husband Rick and her two grown children whenever she can. God has been incredibly faithful to her family over the years, and her desire is to use her gifts and talents for His glory. She feels honored and blessed to be part of this ministry as we seek to bring God’s love to those who need to hear about a Savior who changes lives and desires to give abundant life.

Kelsey Howard – Secretary
Kelsey first learned about Four:10 Ministries in 2018 while attending a church service and soon became involved as an outreach team member. After being involved off and on for a little over 2 years, she was approached to join as a board member. She recently graduated with her Master of Social Work from IU Fort Wayne and will be working as a school-based therapist, part-time. Kelsey also enjoys being a wife and mom to an adorable two-year-old son, Zeke. Kelsey developed a passion to help women caught in sexual exploitation in college. She wants to use her gifts and skills to live out her passion to bring healing and hope to women through Four:10 Ministries.

Chynna M. Presley
Chynna has a bachelor’s degree in social work and a master’s in Organizational Leadership. She has served Northeast Indiana in a variety of roles over the course of the last 15+ years. In 2021, Chynna started her business, Mezzo Management Solutions, where she helps develop other leaders through coaching, consulting, group facilitation, and public speaking. Chynna is also an on air radio personality for STAR 88.3. Outside of work, Chynna enjoys tapping into her creative side by working on DIY projects, spending time with her daughter, taking care of her houseplants, finding a good hiking trail, and canceling weekend plans she knew she shouldn’t have made in the first place.
“I was drawn to the ministry when I heard about the change in approach. When I heard that the founders decided to go into the facilities and build relationships with the women, rather than judge and preach at them, I was hooked. Now that there is an ongoing ministry that creates space for rehabilitation, I am interested in bringing my expertise and platform to help the cause, as well as build awareness.”
