Board of Directors

We are proud to introduce our Board of Directors, a remarkable group of dedicated individuals committed to advancing our mission. They are devoted to growing our organization to more effectively equip and empower those affected by sexual exploitation and trafficking, helping them achieve lives of freedom, hope, and healing, so they can truly thrive.

Geoff King – President

Geoff is a shepherd leader with a heart to see people, families, and communities, firmly rooted and expressively loved in the way, truth, and life of Jesus. As CEO of Love Fort Wayne, Geoff serves to advance the mission and vision of Love Fort Wayne which is to partner with others in the community to imagine, inspire and ignite transformation through God’s love, while inspiring leaders and igniting our generation to love our leaders, pastors, families, and schools, with prayer as the foundation.

The stories he came to know/learn about the history and heartaches of many of the women Four:10 serves, moved something in his spirit that prompted him to want to serve. “To know that I would be serving alongside others to support the ministry in such a way that seeds and waters restoration, via Christ’s love, excites me.” Geoff is married to his wife Erika, and they have three children, Amaiya (15), Layla (13), and Xander (5).

Andy Popenfoose – Vice President

Andy Popenfoose brings a wealth of experience and passion to the Four:10 board. With a unique background in leadership and finance, he plays a valuable role on our team. As a seasoned professional, Mr. Popenfoose has served in diverse roles throughout his career. He led an infantry platoon in Iraq, lectured courses in investment management at Loyola University Chicago, and conducted economic consulting engagements with Analysis Group. He is currently the Chief Investment Officer at SYM Financial Advisors. He is also a director and the investment committee chair of the Winthrop University Foundation.

Andy’s credentials include a BS and an MS (Finance) from Purdue University’s main campus, as well as an MBA from Winthrop University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and earned a Bronze Star Medal for service in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Andy’s passion for our cause was born years ago, as he witnessed his wife Caroline serving with a likeminded ministry in Chicago. When a woman is ready for healing and growth, Andy envisions a Fort Wayne community that embraces her with a clear message: “You’re taking this brave leap with friends.”

Sue Stump – Treasurer

Sue has worked as a bookkeeper for over 30 years. Sue also enjoys working with Women’s Ministry at her church and loves studying the Bible and sharing life with other women. She enjoys music, reading, crafting, and spending time with her husband Rick and her two grown children whenever she can. God has been incredibly faithful to her family over the years, and her desire is to use her gifts and talents for His glory.  She feels honored and blessed to be part of this ministry as we seek to bring God’s love to those who need to hear about a Savior who changes lives and desires to give abundant life.

Francis Jomo – Secretary

Born in Nakuru, Kenya, Francis moved to the United States at the age of 13, bringing with him a deep understanding of different cultures and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. He started his journey in the field of human services by earning an associate degree from Ivy Tech. He later obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and an MBA, both from Indiana Tech.

Francis’s dedication to service extends beyond the academic realm. He proudly served in the United States Air Force for eight years as a munitions specialist, where he honed his leadership skills and commitment to excellence. Alongside his professional endeavors, Francis finds strength and support in his loving marriage to Dana and their four children, Isaac, Lazarus, Selah, and Jubilee.

In 2017, Francis and Dana founded Sky Point Social Services, an agency committed to serving children, adolescents, and adults with developmental and emotional health needs in Northeast Indiana. Through his work with Sky Point, Francis has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to improving the well-being of individuals and families in his community.

As a board member of Four:10 Ministries, Francis brings not only a unique perspective but also a heart for service and a track record of success in empowering those in need.
